An Issue can be added by the technician to any item of the Job Report. If an Issue is created, the manager is notified immediately for action. With a single click he can duplicate the Job to to schedule a new Job to resolve the Issue.

If a Job with an Issue is validated by the manager, the system will prompt him and suggest to created a new Job to resolve the Issue.
