The ZohoCRM connector creates a two-way synchronization with Synchroteam for the Customer, Site and Contact database. This synchronization is performed automatically every 20 minutes.
To enable this connector, you must:
1. Click "Settings" from any view
2. Click "More..."
Click on Integrations menu
From the integrations list activate ZohoCRM connector by sliding the switch to the right
You must enter your ZohoCRM credentials: email address (1) password (2), then click on "Connection" (3).
If the connection was successful, a confirmation popup appears.
The Zoho connection is now validated
To synchronize your Clients, Sites and Contacts datas, you must now click on "Associate" (1).
