Tags (updated)

Tags can be applied to Customers, Sites, Equipment, and now Teams.

These tags are two possible types:

- Global Tags for Customers, Sites, Equipment and Teams.
These Tags are used to filter the information displayed, to secure information available an user. This is very useful when you create an access to a sub-contractor with whom you only want to share the necessary information. To divide your customer base by branch or agency, to assign a technician to a customer... This function can match many of your wishes. 

- Skill Tags for technicians.
These Tags are used to automatically filtered Technicians for a specific Job.

Multiple Tags can be assigned.

1 - Click on "Settings" from any view
2 - Click on "Tags"



Enter the required information:

1 - Tag name
2 - Type of Tag : Global or Skill
3 - Click "Add" to create the new Tag




Example: creation of a Global Tag "Developer" 
1 - "No" means that this tag has not yet been associate to a record



Let's assign it to a Customer



Now this is how we assign a Skill Tag to a technician
