Merge Customers / Sites / Equipment (new): Your customer database becomes large over time and may require consolidation. This new feature allows you to merge the records of several clients, sites or equipment and end up with a single up-to-date record.
Simply select the obsolete record and designate the target record, a preview will allow you to validate all the information before merging. This is available for customers, sites and equipment.
Time zone management (new): Improve your job planning process by defining time zones for each technician. ScheduleAssist, our automatic planning assistant, will take this into account! And on the global view of the schedule you will see the unfolding of the day of each technician in his time zone.
Multiple Selection List (new): Now you can allow a technician to select multiple values from a drop-down list in response to a question in the Job Report.
One-click zip export for photos (new): Photos are used extensively by our customers and this feature request was high on our list: we have simplified photo downloads by adding a one click button that packages and sends you all the photos contained in the report in a single zip file.
Distance scale display (improvement): Synchroteam allows you to display your technician's day's progress on a map, as well as unscheduled Jobs and real-time road traffic. Associated with the zoom function we now display the distance scale to improve your appreciation of distances.
Photo annotation (new): Associated with the activity report you may have to attach one or more photos. Synchroteam provides you with the tools to visually communicate your ideas by easily annotating your photos with text and freehand drawings.
