Synchroteam allows each technician to manage his own parts inventory from the mobile application. You can also manage the return of parts to a central store.
Here, we cover inventory management procedures for both serialized and unserialized parts.
Unserialized Parts Management
To access the parts inventory, simply click on the menu and tap "Inventory"
In the listing, you can search for and then select the part you want to return or restock.
Restock from a stationary depot
You choose the depot
Specify the quantity and click "Save"
The transfer is then applied.
Request a part restock from a depot
Select "Request" (1) and pick the stationary depot (2)
Specify the quantity (1) and click on “Save” (2)
The request now appears in the pending requests lists. If, at a later time, the technician takes care of completing the parts pickup from the stationary depot, the request completion can be
indicated using the mobile app. To do this, click the "gears" next to the request.
The application then asks you to confirm that the request has been completed.
The transfer is then applied to the inventory
Return a part to a depot
You must choose the depot, specify the quantity and click the button "Save"
The return is then applied to your inventory.
Serializable parts management
To access the parts inventory, simply click on the menu and tap on "Inventory"
From the listing, you can search the parts list, and select a serializable part you want to return or restock.
Restock from a stationary depot
You choose the depot
Specify the quantity, and click "Save." A pop-up appears asking you to select the serial numbers for the parts that are being restocked.
You can search the available serial numbers. Just tap a serial number to add it.
Tap "Save"
The changes are applied to your inventory
Request a serialized part restock from a depot
Select "Request" (1) and pick a depot (2)
Enter also the quantity (1) and click on “Save” (2)

Click "Confirm" to complete the process
Return a serialized part to a depot
Select the depot
Then you tap "Quantity" in order to select the serial numbers of for the parts being returned
Search and tap the serial numbers to select them. Click "Close".
Then click "Save"
The return is performed, and changes are applied to your inventory
