Synchroteam allows you to accept payments with Stripe.
First you need to activate the Stripe connector.
From your technicians' mobile terminal:
Once the job is completed, the technician can create an invoice and show it to the customer, get their approval and signature, and proceed with payment.
To do so, go to the job's details (1) in the "Invoicing" section (2).
After swiping to the left to go back to the invoice, click on "Pay Now" in order to pay the full amount or part of the bill.
In order to pay the full amount, just click on "Confirm" (1), or click on the pencil icon (2) should you wish pay part of the invoice.
After clicking on the pencil icon, delete the original amount and fill in the amount you wish to pay (1), then click on "Done" (2).
Click on "Confirm" to proceed with the payment.
Fill in the credit card's information (1) and give the email address (2) at which you would like the payment confirmation email to be sent at, then click on "Pay Now" (3).
Once the payment is confirmed click on "OK".
Once the payment is complete, a payment confirmation and copy of the invoice are automatically sent to the customer.
