You choose who can access your Synchroteam account and the rights they have according to their role (technician, manager, administrator). You can also choose to grant access to other applications that integrate with Synchroteam via the connectors that we make available or through specific developments using our APIs.
Synchroteam personnel (or third parties we use) do not have access to passwords or the ability to log in to your account. You can choose to invite us as a temporary user to help us solve a question you have.
In order to provide the service, we do have authorized operations staff with access to the underlying infrastructure and therefore the underlying data in raw form. However we never access specific customer data unless we are working with the customer to investigate a problem and we have permission from the customer to run a specific query on the data to help us narrow down the issue.
