While completing your job report you can choose to use the vocal command instead of using your keyboard.
In fact, in order to fill in text fields or numeric fields you can use the dictation feature on (iOS) or (Android).

To do so:

1 - Click inside the field 



2 - On the keyboard click on the microphone symbol 
3 - Speak (and bring modifications if needed)
4 - Click on "Save" or "Done"
