Ergonomic Redesign of the Settings Section
The ergonomic redesign of our software’s Setting page now offers an optimal user experience. By rethinking the layout of icons, choosing more intuitive colors, and reorganizing elements logically, we aim to simplify navigation and make adjusting settings more user-friendly.

Custom Reports
We have made significant improvements to the “Dashboards” section to enhance the user experience. By restructuring the page for better readability and integrating additional filters such as « Job Types » « Customers » and new exportable fields, these enhancements aim to make the « Dashboards” section more intuitive, functional, and adaptable to each client’s requirements.

Task Management
Various improvements have been made to the management of “Tasks,” including various enhancements to streamline Task management. In addition, we have added essential additional functions. Users can now easily export ongoing tasks for better management. Furthermore, the addition of a filter on the bell allows users to prioritize notifications and focus on the most relevant tasks at a glance.

Job Scheduling
We have made a major improvement to the « Job Scheduling » function. A proactive alert has now been integrated to notify the manager if a technician’s skills do not meet the prerequisites for a specific Job. This new feature aims to prevent planning errors, ensure that only qualified technicians are assigned to appropriate tasks, and thereby guarantee Jobs are carried out effectively and professionally.

Quotations and Credits Export
We have expanded the Export function to now include the ability to export not only invoices but also quotations and credits. This evolution allows users to quickly generate exportable documents in their preferred format, offering better data management and greater ease in information sharing.

Email Sending
The email sending function has been significantly improved to allow for greater customization and better adaptation to our customers’ identity. By integrating an SMTP server configuration function, our customers can now fully customize email sending in line with their brand. This new feature offers a simple and effective way to reflect the image and professionalism of our clients and thereby strengthen their customer relations.
