Synchroteam allows you to track technicians' travel activities on the Map.
To do so, the administrator first needs to:
- activate the Time Tracking (Settings > Options)
- create at least one Travel activity (Settings > Activity Types)

Activate Tracking on the app
The technician can now activate the Tracking on the mobile app and will be able to start making tracked trips.
To do so go to the Menu
Scroll down and activate the "Tracking" option
Start a Travel activity
In order to be geolocated during their trips, technicians need to start a Travel activity.
To do so:
- Click on "Start"
- Click on "Travel"
- Choose a travel activity
- Hit "Start"
Once tracking is activated for the first time, your mobile device will ask you for permission to access the GPS.
If you do not give this permission, you won't be able to start a Travel activity and the technician won't be tracked.
Turn on background data
Whenever the Synchroteam application is in Background you need to activate the transmission of data in order for the Tracking to remain active so that it can get your GPS coordinates.
Please follow the instructions in the example below:
Tou must check that the "Background App Refresh" is enabled.
To do this, go to "Settings" then scroll down the page.
Click on "Synchroteam"
If "Background App Refresh" (1) is disabled, activate it. Next, verify that Synchroteam can access your position (2).
