Job Report Templates

Shared Block: This new feature allows you to create report sections called "Shared Bocks". These blocks can be shared across different report templates (e.g. a satisfaction survey). Changes to the shared block will update all instances where it is in use. A block can be a full report. Thus the association of several blocks allows the combination of several reports in one.

Repeatable Shared Blocks: A shared block can also be set to be repeatable. For example, in a job setting where your technician needs to document work done on multiple instances of the same item, the block for that item can be repeated as many times as needed, directly from his mobile app. Very useful when servicing multiple equipment.

Changing Published Report Templates: Changing Published Report Templates: It is now possible to make changes to a published report template, without affecting previous jobs that were completed using this template. All the changes you make will apply to new jobs.

Unscheduled Jobs: You can now cancel an unscheduled job.

Project tab: The Customer, Site and Equipment columns have been grouped into one, for better readability and screen real estate consumption.
