Customer Management
Notes and Reminders (new): Improve the follow-up and development of your relationships with your customers by adding Notes and Reminders. A Note is a timestamped text field, like a Post-it, that can be attached to a Client, Site, Equipment or Job. You can turn notes into reminders if you wish. For example, this could be used to schedule callbacks or contract renewal dates. Notes can be private or shared. A Sticky note will always show at the top of the list of notes.
Job Management
Job Quotations (new): Optimize your sales process by transforming a quotation into a job in one-click. As soon as a Quote has been approved by your customer it will become a job and the quote will then be added to the job as an attachment.
Management Interface
Trash (new): The trash offers a new level of peace of mind. All Clients / Sites / Equipment / Jobs / Users deleted by an administrator in the last less than 30 days can be restored. After this period, they will be permanently deleted.
Stock management
Rights management (new): The administrator can now allow or restrict some or all of the following features for each technician in his organization: Send to, Take from and Request from.
Mobile
Report (new): A new view allows the technician to display the report in its entirety to present it to the customer before signing. The completed and signed report is also available in PDF format: it can be printed, sent by email, etc.
User Management
Teams (Enhancement): Assigning a user to a team can be done directly from the user list, or from a user's profile window.
Reporting
Export (Enhancement): Export functionality for your Reports has been improved with greater speed and added compatibility with the latest version of Microsoft Excel.
Contacts (enhancement): You can now add Customer/Site/Equipment contacts (such as name, phone number, e-mail address) to your Custom Reports.
