Timesheets: Review full details of the time your technicians spent travelling, working on jobs, breaks, etc. Automatically generate calculations for regular pay, overtime according to your business rules.

Pay Periods: Based on timesheet data from your team, define pay periods that give you insight into the human resource cost of your operations, and identify over or under used personnel.

Android / iOS: The mobile application workflow has been updated to take into account the improvements brought in by the new module: Time Tracking.

Other Improvements

Phone Numbers: We have added a control to validate the structure and consistency of phone numbers in Synchroteam according to the country code.

Word2Pdf: This module allows you to format your Job reports from Microsoft Word and then make them available to your clients as a PDF file that you can send automatically by email once the Job is completed. You can now choose to display either a report category or a shared block in list view or in table view in your PDFs.

Attachments: An attachment associated with a job, client or site can now be a URL. The technician can then access the attachment by clicking on a web link from the mobile application. The attachments can also be marked as "Private", ie only accessible by the person concerned.
