From the mobile application, the technician can complete his daily schedule by logging events, such as: Start of day, In transit, At the office, Lunch break, etc. This new function also allows your techs to enter periods of unavailability, like vacation or sick days.
- Start an activity
Click on Start > Activity
Select an "At Work" activity from the list and click on "Start" to start the timer.
Warning : Please note that "Unavailabilities" activities cannot be created here but you need to go to Manu > Activities > "+" icon.
Then click on "Finish" to end the activity.
You may also create activities directly from Menu > Activities and click on "+".
- Update an activity
You can update an activity that was done today on "Today's Job" by clicking on it.
You can also find all of you activities in "Activities".
Once an activity is done you can change its type, start and end time as weel as its description by clicking on the pencil icon.
