One of the most important aspects of running a service business is to inform and stay in touch with your customers. With our new notification feature, you can send text messages (SMS) or automated emails to your customers to let them know when a Job is created, suspended, completed, etc.
Email and Text Message notifications
Notifications: You can now configure notification triggers and rules for each Job status change (Scheduled, Started, Completed). For each notification configure the recipient, message type (text message, email or both). Use merge codes to personalize the message body. For example, when a technician starts a Job, a text message is sent to the manager; when the Job is completed an email is sent to the customer with a download link for the Job report. Note: to send text messages you must purchase text message credit blocks from the Synchroteam application.
QuickBooks connector updated: now includes
- Increased speed and stability
- longer invoice line descriptions are now allowed (> 100 characters)
- Option to use Synchroteam invoice numbers in QuickBooks
- The new connector will work with US accounts that setup automatic tax calculation
