Did you cancel a job by mistake?
What you need to know about canceling assignments in Synchroteam:
- Canceling an job in Synchroteam allows you to stop an assignment that is no longer needed or can’t be completed (client unavailable, scheduling error, assignment postponed, etc.).
- This action is irreversible, but the job remains visible in the list of jobs, unlike deleted jobs.
When should you cancel an job?
You can cancel a job, for example, when:
- The customert has canceled the job,
- The job was scheduled by mistake,
- The issue was resolved without a visit.
- The job is rescheduled for a later date (a new job must then be created).
Is it possible to restore a canceled job?
- It is impossible to restore a canceled job, unlike deleted jobs.
- If you need to reschedule this job, you will need to duplicate it and start over with a new, similar job for scheduling.
- When you duplicate a job, you have the option to choose whether or not to include the report that has already been completed by the technician. To do this, you must click “Yes, include the report” during the duplication step.
How do I duplicate a canceled appointment?
- Open the Job details.
-
Click the "Actions" button and select Duplicate.
