Tags v2: In addition tagging Customers/Sites/Equipment, you can now also tag your Teams. Tags assigned to a team are automatically applied to the filter when a team member logs in. Team tags cannot be removed from the filter. This allows, for example, to limit the visibility of certain Managers / Technicians to only a part of the customer base. Any new customers, sites, equipment or jobs they create will automatically inherit the team’s tags. more
Quickbooks Connector v2: In addition to the synchronization of invoices, we added the two-way synchronization of data for Customers and Contacts. more
Zoho CRM Connector: This connector offers two-way synchronization of data for Customers, Sites and Contacts. more
Team Activities: You can now create activities for an entire team or for all technicians. For example, you can add special events or holidays that apply to everyone in a single action. more
Custom Client or Site Numbers: You can now tell Synchroteam YOUR Customer or Site reference number. These numbers can be imported via CSV and are also accessible via our API. more
Signature control: This new (configurable) option will remove the signatures from the job report if any change occurs after the initial signature was collected. more
Improvements to Job Lists: We grouped the Customer, Sites and Equipment columns into a single column showing all three as active links. Searching is improved and the amount of screen real estate needed to display the table is reduced.
Custom field type "private": Private custom fields will not be rendered in your emailed or printed reports. more
