Synchroteam allows you to manage resources such as tools, vehicles, etc., which can be assigned to a technician for a fixed period.

Creating Resources

To create resources, you must click on "Configuration" (1) 
Then click on "Tools and Resources" (2)


You must enter a name (1), a color (2) and click the "Add" button (3)

Use of resources

Once your resource is created, you can use it.

From the "Schedule" menu, click "Resources"



Then click on "Add booking"



A popup appears where you need to fill in the following fields:

1. The technician
2. The tool / resource
3. The start date
4. The end date
5. The start time (not required)
6. The end time (not required)

Click on "Save" (8) after your entry is complete.
