Three different types of users are available in Synchroteam
Administrator is the highest level in Synchroteam he holds complete rights to the system. An administrator as well as having all Managerial rights (see below) he can also use all features from setup account to user management:
- Time Tracking
- Job type and job report template setup
- Custom Fields setup
- Team and Tag Management
- Activating options in the Back Office, mobile application, customer portal…
- Data Import / Export
- Cloud connectors, API et Web services Management
- License and User management
- Access to your Synchroteam invoices
- …
Managers are in charge of every day operations such as:
- Managing technicians or teams of technicians
- Time Tracking (optional)
- Creating and scheduling jobs, projects and/or recurring jobs
- Managing all customers, sites and equipment
- Validating job reports
- Stock Management (optional)
- Invoicing (optional)
- …
Field Workers are in charge of completing Jobs created for them.
They receive jobs on their mobile devices
They start and finish Jobs and complete Job sheets
They are also able to create, decline, reschedule Jobs (if allowed by the administrator in "Settings" > "Options")
