Synchroteam allows you to improve your customer management by adding Multiple Contacts, visible from the details Customer or Site page.
Adding Customer contacts for the administrators or Managers
In the "CRM" section (1) :
- Click on "Customers"(2) or Site,
- You can click on a Customer(3) or a Site,
- Click on "Details" (4) in the menu :
The Customer or Site detail page allows you to create new Contacts by clicking on the "+ Add" button (1) which appears when hovering over the left side of this page.
If your Client or Site File includes a Contact, it will appear as the default contact (2):
You can view all the information of this contact by simply hovering over it and you can edit it by clicking on "Edit" (3) :
And so :
- Add a Role (4) which will only be visible to administrators or Managers
- And provide information in your customer's or site's default contact (5) visible to all:
The customer's or the site's default contact initials appear in blue, other contacts are grey :
If the Clients Option / WhatsApp Link is activated on your account, you can click directly on the icon to call your contact.
