Job Pool for technicians:
At the request of many customers, we are launching the "Job Pool" function to mobile users. The Job Pool will show a list of unassigned jobs chosen by a manager. Technicians can pick and assign one of these jobs to themselves.

Notifications:
Text Messages: Show the name of your company as the sender of the message (11 characters maximum).
Text Messages: Define a delay - for example to send an appointment reminder 1 hour prior.
Text Messages and Emails: New tags have been added (including tags to customize the subject of your emails).

PDF Customization:
For Quotes and Invoices: Separate templates are available to customize your quotes and invoices.
For Reports, Quotes and Invoices: new tags have been added for deeper customization of your PDF documents.

Mobile:
Create and start a Job in a single operation from the customer details screen.
For the same Job, you can generate several quotes and invoices.
Download quotes and invoices in PDF format onto your mobile device.

iCal: Adding Activities in appointments.

Import:
Job: Auxiliary technicians can be associated with a Job at import time
Users: Ability to specify the "subcontractor" property.
