1. OneLogin Configuration
- In "Applications", go to "Add App"
- Search for "SAML".
- Choose "SAML Custom Connector (Advanced)"
- Name it Synchroteam (and add an icon if you wish)
- Click on Save
- Go to "Configuration", fill in the SAML settings below and click Save
- Go to "Settings" and change the NameId type to macro and click on Save
- Click on "SSO"
- Replace "SAML Signature Algorithm" with "SHA-256"
- Don't forget to Save
- Assign a User to the application
- Go to "Users" choose the user, go to "Applications"
- Add the Synchroteam Application
- Define the NameId of your user
- The NameId of your user in the OneLogin Synchroteam application must be the same as your Synchroteam login username
- Don't forget to Save
2. Okta Configuration
- In "Applications", go to "Create App integration"
- Choose "SAML 2.0
- Name it Synchroteam (and add an icon if you want)
- Click on Next
- In "SAML Configuration", fill in the SAML parameters below and click Save
- Assign a User to the application
- Go to "Assignments"
- Choose the user to assign to your Application
- Define the "UserName" of your user
- The "UserName" of your user in the Okta Synchroteam application must be identical to the Synchroteam login user name
- Don't forget to Save
3. Azure AD configuration
1. In "Enterprise applications", click on "New application".
2. Choose "Azure AD SAML Toolkit
3. Name it Synchroteam (and add an icon if you wish)
4. Click on Create
5. Go to "Single sign-on"
6. Choose "SAML" as the "Single sign-on" method
7. Fill in the SAML parameters below and click Save
note: <YOUR_IDP_ENTITY_ID> is your Azure AD Identifier
8. change the type to "Unique User Identifier and click Save
- Assign a User to the application
9. Go to "Users and groups" choose the user
10. Assign the user to your Application
4. SAML Configuration in Synchroteam
- In Synchroteam, go to "Integrations
- Activate the SSO connector and add your SAML configuration
- Click on Save
