Synchroteam allows to reassign jobs in the "Suspended" status to another technician.
In the "Schedule" view, click on the job number and click on "Open".
In job's details, under "Scheduling", click on the latest time line and select "Reschedule".
A popup opens then indicating the initial schedule date and time (1) and giving you the opportunity to reschedule the job.
You can change:
2: start date and time
3: end date and time
4: the assigned technician
Then you just have to click on the "Change" button (5)
The new assignment is now listed under "Scheduling"
If you return to the day's schedule, you will see the new assignment, in the "Scheduled" state.
