An Issue can be added by the technician to any item within the Job Report. If an Issue is created, the manager is notified immediately for action.
With a single click he can duplicate the Job in order to schedule a new Job to resolve the Issue.
The list of Jobs with an Issue is directly available from the widget "Issues".
Select Job
Issues are displayed in the Job Report.
If a Job with an Issue is validated by the manager, the system will prompt him and suggest to created a new Job in order to resolve the Issue.
