Check your teams
If you belong to 1 or several teams
You only have access to the jobs created by and for people who belong to your team(s).
Should you belong to several teams, please check that you haven't selected another team at the top right of your screen.
If you still cannot find the job then it is possible that the job:
- was created by someone who doesn't belong to your team
- was created or scheduled for a technician who doesn't belong to your team.
If you don't belong to any team
You then have access to jobs created for all teams.
Please check that you are in « Team: All Users »
Check your tags
If you belong to a team with a tag
You can only see the jobs that have been created by and for someone from your team and that were created for a client, site or equipment with the same tag you have in your team.
If you don't belong to any team
Please check that you haven't selected a tag, as the selected tags will filter your view and you will only be able to see the jobs which have been given this tag.
In the example below, you can see that if you have selected the "Est" team, which has the "Est" tag, then the tag will automatically be activated.
Thus you will only be able to see jobs that were created or scheduled for clients, sites or pieces of equipement with the "Est" tag.
In fact, in this example you can only see the job which was created for Border Grill, as it has the "Est" tag.
All other jobs without the tag will either be blurred in the Schedule or hidden in the job lists.
Check the trash
It is possible that the job was deleted by another user.
In order to restore it please ask an administrator to go to « Configuration » (1) > « More » (2) > in « General Configuration » go to « Trash » (3), then search for your job using the Filter by keyword (4) .
If you do find the job, click on « Restore » (5).
